IMO, if what you say is true (and I have considered it),
then CPQ should hit their numbers as they have taken the loss
in account. If the original estimates were based on the assets
at the time, and CPQ has made new acquisitions and agreements since Q4, either CPQ should smash the numbers (as they have not changed
significantly), or one must question the reason for the deficit
or inability to exceed the estimates. Please help me if I'm missing something here. In a normal situation I would give less credence
to some of these articles but I have much less confidence in
management's ability to lay the cards on the table and confide
in the market. I will re-evaluate my thoughts as more information
unfolds and of course, Q2 earnings are revealed.
