My .02

In a fast market, I have been advised to not use ARCA, and instead opt for isld. And through my little experience, I have found it's much easier to sell into strength. In fact, when involved in a downswing, I now wait for the bounce to sell in an upswing.

Also, when I trade volatile stocks, bio's and internets especially, I go with wider stops with smaller positions when momentum is in full gear. That way, the antacids stay in the medicine cabinet.
