seic is featured in dessauer's newsletter this month as well. stockman has distributed a technical analysis although they quoted the ticker sei which is seitel and given a resistance of 44.00 as this stock trades around36 so I do not know what to make of this? At what price did dessauer start recommending it? It did have a good week
