LETTER OF INTENT ONLY
ECIC has not bought the land in Utah yet, what they have done is issue a "letter of intent" to purchase approx. 4 million in buildable property, based in and around Provo Utah. As for now, there only assets are intangibles such as license agreements, etc. I,m long this stock with a buy in @ 3.25. This may be a very good future company or just a typical Salt Lake City shell play for the insiders whom own 80% of the shares......time will tell.
