All, NSM's 2.4 Ghz radio chip earns EETimes product of the week: edtn.com At $5.60, it is only about a fifth of the cost of an MII. I'm sure they will sell more than five times as many when wireless home networking and 2.4 Ghz phones take off. The scaner on a chip goes for $10 a piece: edtn.com NSM also now has the Pantera DVD integrated chip (for $30 a pop with ten design wins): edtn.com and will have their PCOAC and terminal on a chip products this fall. All of these products should be hugely successful. I'd say that NSM is moving in the right direction and has a jump on the competition. I'm feeling good about this company. Pravin.
