Lauren, Alan, Don; thank you for your sympathy, but reality is...

that DCHT is the only stock I decided to sell at a loss in 1999, so
far. The reasons: I read SID's post and realized he was right.
Then, I read those of the alleged
(im)postor, H2Oshinsky, alias Sir Alexx, alias Dr Harvey, PR
and head of Corporate Development at DCHT (#reply-8300915)
and had run to the toilet to puke!

For the record, I live very confortably from my full time
investing in stocks and am up 44% in the last 2 months, so
please, don't feel sorry for me. Anyway, the following day, I
called my broker and told him to sell at a loss because I do not
want to be associated in any shape or form with such a
Company. When appraised, "Stock Watcher" checked the facts
and promptly dumped DCHT from its Index and warned
investors to be careful.

Now, I know that many of you longs in DCHT think that I am
right, but only say so in PM's to me, not wanting to attract the
ire of H2O and his faithful cohorts. You are all waiting for a
jump in price to unload your stocks with minimal losses. Good
luck to you; however, the correct solution, in my opinion may be
to realize you made a mistake and terminate the association
before it's too late.

For those who wish me to go away, I won't! The enquiry in the
Company and its promoters has began in earnest and will
continue until everything is in the open. In the meantime, my
regular postings will serve to warn the unwary to be extra
careful before investing in DCHT, as there are a lot of far better
Companies out there.

Those that my posts bother, may just skip them!

Sorry Rickmas, you've gone too far without proper disclosure...

E-Mail to: J. Stark, enforcement@sec.gov

Dear sir,

I wish to appraise the SEC enforcement division of the activities
of a certain individual, who posts under the alias of Rickmas on
Silicon Investor's DCHT board.

It is believed that Rickmas is working on some DCHT hydrogen
projects at NorthWestern University that has recently received
payment in DCHT shares worth some $100,000 (see post
#reply-8174874). He is allegedly actively hyping and promoting
DCHT, while being associated with and compensated (directly or
indirectly) by that Company. He has failed to disclose in any of his
various posts, his association, the amount of his reward and the
fact that he may stand to benefit further by his actions. He is
believed to be in breach of Section 17b of the Securities Act.

I respectfully request that the matter be investigated and the results
of the investigation published on the Web. The posts are:

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
F. Goelo

Rickmas, I wish to be fair to you: if there is anything that is not
factual in this post or that you want corrected, let me know this
weekend. In the absence of reply, I will assume all of the above
is correct and will forward to SEC on Monday morning.
