What I said in a prior post to you was:

"For example, say I look at the 4000 or so common stocks
in the qp2 system which have 2 years of history ..."

I find about 6555 'stocks' currently in the qp2 database.
When I look for COMMON stocks, I exclude:

preferred
warrants
foreign
convertibles
stocks trading at 37 cents, etc
fund-like entities
stocks lacking 2 years of price-volume-fundamental data
indexes

When I rank the 6555 QP2 stocks against the qp2 variables I use,
only 4176 common stocks have the necessary data.

But surely, whether the number is 4200 or 6600 stocks ,
the trends I saw regarding price level and performance
& listed in prior posts are significant, and are present in
Each of 4 different 6 month holding periods.
