Zeev, Wexler stated in post #9195: "VLNC is a full-fledged fraud and will eventually trade below 1 a share" How can you state "... he is getting close to stating that the company is engaging in fraudulent activities" and "I did not read his statement as accusing the company of engaging in fraudulent activities."? Are you going to reconsider your statements, or just sit here holding on to your own version of what he has said, which is not supported by what he has actually stated in his posts?
