I think they formed a private company .it was also very poor timing in view of the severe downturn that is underway so i dont know if they are still in business or not.one of the problems with unifab is that it is pretty much a one man show and i dont know what would happen if some thing happened to mr berard he is not a young man .global industries is a much larger and more diversified company than unifab and is in a different sector of the oil sevrice industry from unifab one fabricating platforms and the other laying pipelines etc from large ships . anyway this sector had a great move from extremely depressed levels over the last couple of weeks i am not sure whether the turnaround is for sure and they are going to go back down again to test the lows one more time. i guess it will depend a lot on opec to see if they can actually reduce production like they have promised but i for one will believe it when i see it .arh
