You lost me here. I guess I don't understand what that has to do with the T-Mex subpoenas.


For the record, I firmly believe that online fraud is rampant. However, when all is said and done, I doubt T-Mex will be found guilty of any criminal wrong-doing. "Inappropriate behavior" perhaps but nothing more.<gg> Now that Lichmeister guy of Stock Detective, on the other hand, could face some serious problems.

My original premise was that it struck me funny what with all the turmoil, if it's not the company that's a scam, it's gotta be the stock-picker. Gary/Midland, T-Mex/whatever, StockDetective/DRIP, and on and on. Not passing judgement just confirming that cyber-land is crazy and there appears to be no safe harbor...
As usual, JMHO.
