Is it time to give SPLH another look? Curently in the DD process on SPLH. Was attracted to it by E. O. Edgerton's (from Capital Investment Counsel) comments in the 3/1/99 issue of Dick Davis Digest where he stated:".... my #1 buy...", "....$66MM cash & no debt.", "...down here it may be the best-looking risk/reward situation I've seen in 5 years. Merrill Lynch just put a buy on it." I see the big news is the the class action law suits. What is the current opinion of managements integrity? Including the BODs. Input would be appreciated
