The technical objections and hype ("we're already working on 4-G"; big deal) are just mumbo jumbo marketing. The WP advantage v. multipath is infinitesimal in raw bandwidth terms and probably negative since Qualcomm grasps all the problems of CDMA rake receivers better than its rivals.
