Yes, Jaknik2, I would agree that taking the ethical pledge and opening up your books is refreshing among bulletin board stocks. Some of the companies on that list are quite respectable small companies--Ireland's Trinity Biotech is also on there, and there may be others with which I am unfamiliar.

This list came out in January, so at the least Intermost has been functional for some time, attempting to gain respectability. It doesn't make sense that a pump and dump operation would be attracted to such a venture--there is certainly no requirement that small companies join regulatory bodies like this.
