Although that study was on a small sample it was indeed very promising for Vivus in terms of potential MUSE sales on the Viagra failures.

Think of all the men who tried Viagra, failed and then did nothing.

If PCPs could only get educated better on ED then they can get their Viagra failures educated about MUSE, prescribe it, and if it fails then try the combo treatment.

Of course, such combo therapy should absolutely be avoided in the CVD patient--just too much potential for significant hypotensive effects IMO.
