This is the busy time of the year for auditors and CPA's Tax time for individuals, private and public companies. Public companies have until March 31, to file the annual reports. So the CPAs and Auditors are swamped... this is one reason it is taking a little longer than it should. We are still compiling info and "toys" for IPOsite, so I am not promissing Monday as the opening day, but we are close to completion. The SEC will not approve the SB2 until we file an amendment, and that amendment needs to have the new audit included, so that is one reason that audit is so important to all of us, the company and the shareholders.
