Bill actually, what I found much more interesting with all the selling Dawson did in 1994 at much higher prices than his recent exercise at $5/share or so, for the recent exercise he actually got the company to loan him more than $3 MM (the interest rate is less than 6%). I would have thought he had many times this amount from those sales early on.
