Re BH, Buffet quotes in his Chairman's letter, General Re has the capital of Fort Knox behind it. Anyone else reading between the lines? Buffet is one slick poker player not commenting on his Ag stocks. It wouldn't surprise me if that idle cash heads for more precious metals. His principles are so simple and grounded. Y2K sounds like a big concern to him. wj
