Yes, technically speaking, this is a reverse merger which is 99% good for current shareholders and future shareholders.

But this one is where we will have less shares of Hit Galore and still retain our shares of the HealthCare Company or Whatever name it is.

Hit Galore is far more exciting than SCMI and has a much brighter future that could be why it continues to edge up.

The float will be much smaller which will allow it to move faster.

I am an investor not a TA person, but becoming more of a TA person because I believe that both aspects will make me a better overall student of the stock market. Please forward me the software that you use that sent you the volume alert on SCMI.

One thing I am, I am a big, big, big fan of these search engines. Anyone who invest in any of these search engines I believe at these levels will retire extremely wealthy in the next 2-5 years.

People don't realize that these search engines are the backbone of the internet. What would and how would we operate or navigate around the internet with out them.

These search engines are going to become more and more specialized as the years pass. We won't be going to Yahoo or excite for every little search we do. When we want to look for automotive parts; we will be going to a search engine that specializes in automotive parts only. It will alleviate all of the jargon that we currently have to wade through.
