...have they been waiting on the female SD patent to use as a chip in the USA partner negotiations??

..Vivus stated it thought it could get a female SD product approved (if all things work out) in 1-2 years.

...Question ...what would cause the female SD topical gel/cream to be sold as an over the counter product vrs a prescription product???
And which would be more profitable long term over the counter or prescription???
