Fez, Hi!!! RE: Compaq hit by shareholder suits over Q1 warning PHILADELPHIA, March 12 (Reuters) - Compaq Computer Corp. (NYSE:CPQ - news) was named in two lawsuits charging the world's largest personal computer maker with concealing a PC sales slowdown earlier this year, plaintiffs lawyers said on Friday. The suits charge that the Houston company failed to inform investors in a timely fashion -- allowing several Compaq executives to sell stock at high prices -- ahead of a company warning which triggered a sharp drop in the stock on Feb. 26. My lurking neighbor (was on CNN with us) sent this to me... Fez, you have it 100% correct...Michael Dell would never allow this...this is why I hold so much DELL...his integrity and the integrity of the entire company is the #1 reason for my trust....It is the trust of the DELL product that is conquering the world...some haven't figured this out....others will always be skeptics...I just feel very fortunate to have figured this out over three years ago....Thanks again for posting the real reason why DELL will be the next....DELL.
