What the hell, it's Saturday night and I gotta take my Sunday go to meeting bath anyway so I'd might as well do a little more pig wrestling.

I do not believe that your group led to the suspension of the strategic alternative process. I think that the lawsuits, notwithstanding their suspicious timing, had nothing to do with it either. I don't know if there were any offers on the table and neither do you. I do know that Dr. Rice bought his second series of 100k shares of stock on 10/13/98. I do know that he is the person best able to implement all of the R/D programs that ABTX owns. I do know that he would have been disallowed as a member of the board from realizing his profit had either a buy-in or buy-out taken place before he had owned that stock for a six month period. I do know that I have started every sentence in this paragraph with I so I'm going to start another paragraph and do the same thing.

I appreciate your concern for my lost denero. I wish for you to know that with the exception of some pocket change in option losses, the stock is still intact and will be when the future turns brighter. I
don't feel compelled to make up my "losses" on this stock, it's just that I think I have my best shot here. It's also hard to find such stirring rhetoric and debate on the boards associated with the blue chips that I also own, the dividends from which manage to keep the wolf from my door.
