2 rigs one crew? Usually you have two crews on one rig (day shift and night shift) At times a company will use only one crew if it wants extra time to think about where the next hole will go, but normally there is a plan for at least the next couple of holes, which gives you the time to put in the drill roads and pads. If you are ready for a move it can be done in about 3 hours if there are no odd conditions. Normally you pay for a drill by the hour for standby if its not working, not a good idea.
