Question 4 all... If the management is contemplating a business combination, there should be a stockholders vote upon the merger. Where are the material disclosures for the vote? This constitutes a material event in any definition. If they are on the way, then I suggest you extend your plans by at least a month or two. Mailing and allowing time for review and response cannot be done much faster than a month. By the way, why do you think that there is a large short interest to create an upward squeeze? Thanks for any feedback.
