You are 100% correct here.
I came from Vietnam, have relatives there and visited the country 2 yrs ago. The Vietnamese Communist Government prohitbits any nude photos (besides zillions of other things). But at the same time, I dare to say that, 95% of cadres (most are corrupt/embezzled/power wielding) go prostitute regularly (many poor girls are as young as 13). Many Communist officials also have concubines. I guess Communist China and many Muslim countries are the same with this "porn" issue.

Another point: John Grandy said it is unfair for the poor when the middle class people use internet "free". I think the most unfairness in this country is that middle class pay up to 30-40% Federal and State Income tax while the poor and the lazy get free cash, foodstamp, almost free chapter-8 housing, and free medical. No, I don't hate the poor since I was dirt poor in Vietnam before and when I came here as a refugee. I even got AFDC too and both my wife and I graduated with engineering degrees while raising 3 kids. As a refugee I still see America is the paradise for the poor/lazy. (If they know how to live on welfare and don't go robbing/killing others, and start to get a skill they can become middle class easily. Occasionally I also surf for porno but I don't go look for prostitutes like those famous TV evangelists).
Just some of my own opinion.
