Should CPQ UPside surprise (and I surely hope it does)because of its services, high-end apparatus, AV, Alpha, and other offerings ......while showing some minor softness in PC sales (which according to all in the PC sector seems probable)
It would:
1) be excellent for CPQ to make its quarterly # (.35 or higher)and
2) a MAJOR TURNING POINT for CPQ to DISPLAY once, for-all and forever that it is NO LONGER just a PC company
#2, above, is a critical phychological and perception change event AND MUST occur ... I surely hope it happens soon, it's GOT TO for the future growing health of CPQ
After this turn happens all else is gravy and highly additive
Also, it would be real cool for EP & EM to have staged it this way and EM's "less than expected 1st 6 weeks this quarter PC sales" was a setup and the market just negatively overreacted .... just a dream !
