Manfred good not bad, in my life time I have been screwed out of more money with true reverse splits than any thing else. But if you say this is a reverse merger that is a different thing we are talking about. Like apples and oranges appreciate your answer though. Have you an opinion on where we will open at in the morning?---francis terry
