Tock has no debenture holders .The guys your talking about are out of toronto.They have five suits pending.Tock is being shorted out of vancouver ,that I know.The stock will hit $ 6.00 this week .Jim and Trent took WKWG to $6 from 1.75,and it had some 25000000 shares out.Tock has 9000000 and a float of 3000000.
