Inc. ("Nam Tai" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:NTAI and NTAW) announced that
effective at the opening of trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market today, the
Company's stock symbol will change from NTAIF to NTAI and warrants symbol will
change from NTAWF to NTAW.
The Company also confirms that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders
will be held on Friday, June 11, 1999 at 11:30 a.m. at the Peninsula Hotel in
New York City. The record date is on April 26,1999.
