Hycomine? Dunno. I've got generic promethazine with codeine. Delicious. Got some guaifenesin with codeine also. Not near as tasty - I don't have the same urge to lick the cup clean. I am very very careful to keep the dose light. If I feel the first hint of narcoticky feeling - I won't be able to sleep for six hours. I'm funny that way.
