It looks like all the CPQ bad news is not out yet. CPQ is having very serious problems with the channels. They are already stuffed and business is very slow for CPQ. You should be able to close out your puts in the 20's.

- Exchanging dead inventory in China
- Making a new deal with the channel ( "Collaborative Selling".)
- Having a slow January , a moderate February, and a scary March.
- Channel stuffing hurting their cash flow
- Promising the channel that CPQ will own all the product in the channel after making them own the stuff.

It is hard for them to shrink their SG&A and they are not making money off their hardware only services.

It is looking worse than last year.

DELL will capitalize on this moment of weakness.
