For The Record I want to place a 9-12mo IDTC-target of $48-64 (50% more if a split is announced later on). The stock closed at $18.5. I'm not betting on the bond deal and hope IDT can find an investor to take a stake instead. I don't know how much IDT would be worth without n2p. Resistance should be natural after this strong run so I can't guess the low. My opinion only. End-)
