David Baines is the bane of all public company officers and directors, but I did work in Vancouver largest firm for 9 years and I personally know the people who run the deal, and I can say that there are millions of shares of cheap paper that belongs the group and that one should be careful in trading this type of deal. Once the paper has been offed, there will be no more reason to make it go higher. Make sure there is a stop loss at some point and use it if it gets hit.
