Lind Waldock is at lind-waldock.com I recommend this firm highly. In fact, many people from my site have switched to them and we're negotiating a group discount at the moment. As for SPY, if you have a longer term horizon, then it's fine, but I trade off a 5 minute chart, and I really need to trade futures to make the kind of money that I do.
