< do u think orcl would have dropped 22% yesterday if 4 analysts did not downgrade it together? >

It didn't drop 22% AFTER the downgrades. If not mistaken, it was trading 30-32 afterhours on Thursday before analysts downgraded.

< talk supply and demand and in free market that is what should determine the price, but there is so much manipulation out there that the supply/demand model has been skewed by mms and analysts >

If you understand how the NAZ works, you know that MM's and ECN's can set their bid/ask prices wherever they choose prior to the open. And clearly no funds/institutions were willing to step in when it opened at 30 1/8. There were obviously more sellers than buyers as it declined another 1 1/2 points. 100 million shares traded, how on earth can MM's manipulate that. They have enough trouble on days like that with dumping and day traders. And last, the stock went from 28 to 40 in January alone. Do you think the company was worth 43% more at the end of January than 30 days earlier?
