Diavik is Aber's partner. Aber's plant is not built yet.
Diavik is a subsiduary of Rio Tinto. I believe that they have a plant and lab in Yellowknife. I think this is where the previous mini-bulk was done and subsequently that is where the 500 KG sample was kept for CF until it got trapped in the strike.
