Chalu2; I'm afraid I can't help You much with Your questions now without doing alot of research again. As I recall i felt that BNEZ would rebound after getting an unfair slap from a YAHOO PR statement. I sold My shares in May of 98 and moved on. At this time I have no intention of reinvesting in it. I did take a loss in it and that is part of the game. I wish you luck. Frank
