I would have a problem if the shares were dumped, or if additional shares / ridiculous options were issued. From my quizing of the mgt. this is not happening (assuming honesty prevails)

Phew!!!! Now we can all sleep better. Heaven knows if the guy is actually dumping shares he would surely tell us. Honesty would surely prevail.

And from the looks of the long term intent the short term dumping would be a poor financial choice considering the significant appreciation possible.

Is this another way of saying: He can see an even bigger opportunity to dump at even higher levels?
