Stephen, Regarding the SyJet shipping:

Syquest has issued a number of press releases and statements claiming the SyJet began shipping back in December and then began volume shipping in January.

Retailers and distributors are reporting that they are still waiting for their initial shipments, and are not expecting to receive them until late February or early March.

It appears the only people on the planet with SyJets are the product evaluators at MacUser Labs and two lucky customers who shop at a CompUSA in Denver.

As indicated by an e-mail from Syquest Sales which was recently posted to this thread, Syquest hasn't even begun shipping an external SyJet.

The SyJet may end up being a great drive, but as for now, it remains an unproven product that is still unavailable to most everyone. In any case and IMO, "the SyJet is shipping" is just another example of how Syquest management continues to mislead its customers and shareholders through its press releases.

Regards - Dale
