This is one of the faults with the agreement. In April TI can sell all of the stock unrestricted. In addition MU still will owe the money they borrowed plus interest.

It can be a very scary time if the stock stays above $40.00; this would make it almost impossible the TI not to sell. Sources, who involved from the TI end, state that they were not happy with the way technology was presented compared to reality.

INTC has offered to help MU by bringing in a "task force" to help overcome any complications which might keep MU from delivering on its commitment to them; even though that may not matter in the end. So far MU has not agreed to this.

My question is if the scenario of TI selling all its stock - driving the stock down FAST, the insider trading where stock was "unloaded" at $70+ by management and directors (this has already happened), will the stock holders be seeking legal action?

Funny, but maybe the best thing for MU would be to have a loss, bringing the stock down, and not making it lucrative for TI to sell; right now. Seems like there might be a Catch 22 starting to build.
