Dear God, Thany you for my baby brother, but what I prayed for was a puppy. Joyce This line reminded me of a family favorite quote from my then 8 year old daughter the day her 3rd brother was born. Her dad went to the friends house where the kids were staying to tell them then news, that they had a new brother. Upon hearing the news....she honesty dropped sobbing to the ground......and said, in a none to pleasant voice, Daddy, I am not praying for any more babies for you, because it will just be another BOY as she stayed there on the ground and wept. (makes being the one at the hospital having the baby worth it...not having to deal with that scene!!) two years post script..... She now tells her brother......You are better than any sister.....I love you!!!
