That's a nice academic discussion you guys were having but it is academic. You can be sure the decision was taken and the arrangements all made for the processing several weeks ago, and it ain't going to be changed at this point.

Somebody posted earlier about the Default situation, and I have a couple of thoughts on that. I don't know if there is a default or not because we have no access to that. But you can be certain that the terms are defined in detail in the JV and Operating agreement. You can also be sure that when a budget is Approved For Expenditure (AFE) it isn't done on a credit basis, you don't get to put up your money AFTER the work is done. It's always cash up front because the bills and payrolls have to be paid so "maybe " doesn't count. The length of time for putting up the cash and the possible period of grace for same is all defined in detail in the original Agreement. So the question is really very simple "Did Aber meet the deadline or not??"
