Please forgive the lateness of my response as I have been a bit under the weather.

Specifically, yes I have a "feel" for the contract status of ITKG. It is my belief that ITKG is spending the preponderance of their time and effort in the final preparation and review of their Form 10 for compliance with the new SEC requirements. Therefore, the aforementioned possible contracts (which are suggested in the ITKG website) are pending. If my logic is correct and ITKG files their Form 10 by the end of March, the contracts will follow shortly thereafter ( April IMO).

As far as "other products" go, ITKG has suggested to me that they are "exploring new applications" for their present technology. Having said that, I must admit that my response is somewhat less that specific. However, I see no benefit in reporting something that is not true or factual at this point. That does not mean that I am any less enthusiastic, it simply means that they (ITKG) are being very guarded in what information they are releasing at this juncture. Now, one might read something into these last few statements and I have a strong suspicion that we will be very pleasantly surprised with some good news in April.

I am pleased to see the trading range stabilize in the 31X34 range. Wild fluxuations are not good for any stock and unexplained spikes usually have corresponding significant plunges. I would be very pleased to see our stock "respond" to material releases and thus have justified increases in valuation which would support higher trading ranges.
