Actually, with higher prices prior to the meeting, "the cheaters" now have a much greater incentive to cheat. Seems like lots of people here are equating an "announcement" by OPEC that cuts will occur to "actual cuts" in daily supply. Well, the proof will be in the pudding. The laws of supply & demand have not been repealed. Watch the inventory stats. Razor
