I believe the number of shares is about 14 million with a 5 million float. There are many investors who have been holding this stock for years and it never moved. They may be selling now because this is the first move they saw and many get tired of holding a stock too long. But isn't that always the way: Just when the stock begins to move you get out and watch it just keep rising. Question - If the volume was 2.5 million, doesn't that mean half the volume are buys and the other half sells? That would make the total number of shares that turned over to be 1.25 million. I'll bet we see double that volume on Monday and Tuesday. Robert A
