Doug, I would fully expect companies like yours to be on the leading edge of capital budgeting processes, but in my experience, there are a lot of independent E&Ps and domestic integrated firms that still have virtually every drilling decision made by the CEO. Pretty pathetic, if you ask me, but it's still pretty prevalent in the industry.
