My understanding is that the NSCP stockholders will vote on the 17th. Since DOJ has given approval, and I assume the vote will be positive, then by the end of the week we should have a done deal with Netscape. Now, merging the two companies' operations is a different matter, and will take some time. There is not a lot of overlap in the content end, but a significant overlap in the technical end. I think Andresson will have his hands full trying to dovetail this together.
