Thanks for the your response of: "Best bid is 1.50 and best ask is 1.563. A market maker with bid and ask of .375 and 5.00 is not currently interested in being active in the stock." Therefore, would it be safe to hypothesize that many MM's (and the market) consider SETO's stock value/quality "too high" to play games with (they can't get enough to shares to manipulate), and therefore are going to leave "this one alone" and let the market determine its real value? PS I'm going to my broker tomorrow and "call in my CERTS" and help to make life miserable for those evil "short-sellers".
