Its a sorry tale that as long as France, Russia, and China are slavoring over oil contracts (which have already been signed) in Iraq, there will be no toppling Saddam. Why do the French, Russians, and Chinese always whine first about the US intervening in Iraq (aside from Russia's hurt ego)? They already have a vested interest in keeping Saddam in power and getting those sanctions lifted as quickly as possible. Saddam isnt a dumb guy, you think he made those deals out of financial self-interest?
