K - Great set of questions. We appreciate your kindness when referring to our (and other Internet plays) "results of operations" as an "earnings" report.

Historically we have not offered any "guidance" on future performance.

To change this behavior going forward we would have to address several issues:

How much to disclose (how many quarters forward? revenue forecasts only? revenues & expenses?)
What is the appropriate forum for this kind of disclosure?

Can you point out a "model" NASDAQ company that you would like to see us mimic? For instance, what kind of guidance has VerticalNet (NASDAQ:VERT) offered for "public consumption" and how did the distribution of the information occur? That is the kind of company (Internet b-to-b; well respected bankers and analysts) that might serve as a "role model" for us. We'd certainly like to have their market cap ($1.75B @ $107/share).

DISCLAIMER: DWEB IR is the official voice of DWEB. In fact DWEB IR is the Investor Relations Department of DynamicWeb Enterprises, Inc.

Additionally, this is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy DynamicWeb securities. For additional information, see the Company's periodic SEC filings which can be found at www.sec.gov (edgar data base).
