Ironically, Lewis, I think, will be more popular as a result of last night (than had he won outright)...That is, of course, if he wins the rematch..Lewis hangs out here a lot in Miami Beach at a bar I like to frequent...I've talked to him before...he is a nice guy...I thought he would be too soft for Holyfield...His jab "won" him the fight last night...Holyfield could never really get inside and unload..
It'll make you happy to know <g> Mexico beat the U.S. 2-1 in football (soccer) yesterday..Actually, Mexico is a surprising team...as soon as you underestimate them, they fight and score (as Holland/Germany found out in last year's World Cup)..obviously, though, they are not an elite team...but they do probably belong in the top 20 in the world. |
